With our On-Site Client Training, courses can be scheduled on a date that is convenient for you. Since classes are scheduled at your location, you don't incur travel costs and students won't be away from home. They will be on the job site thereby guaranteeing them a better comfort level. An additional advantage is that the class is taught on your equipment, so students are learning in their work environment.  
 
At the end of each class students are set up in your company’s Production server, so on return to their work place they can immediately utilize what they learned in class.

BOUMANS & ASSOCIATES, INC. offers a powerful combination of specific hands-on industry experience, SAP application certification, technology expertise and strong SAP® Training delivery skills.  

      1. SAP®  IN-HOUSE TRAINING:  

SAP®  end-user training customized to your company’s business processes and SAP system. Components of a typical training project will include: 

One week (5 Days) of Pre-Work at your company’s site to accomplish the following… 

• Become familiar with your company’s business process and SAP®  System
• Develop the training course, in-class work exercises and study guides
• Work with your company’s IT Department to insure students have access to the training server during the training period
• Test all audio and visual equipment prior to the beginning of the training session
• NOTE: We will work with your Company in preparing and providing the training materials to employees attending the course

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE INCLUDES: 

• All employees who are new to SAP
• Operators\Production employees who need to write Notifications and Order parts and supplies from your warehouse
• Maintenance crafts who need to find spare parts in SAP and efficiently utilized your Work Order system
• Employees who need to write Purchase Requisitions for Materials and Services
• Employees who need to get reports from SAP.

2. SAP® MASTER DATA FORMATTING: 

Provide SAP® Master Data formatting for equipment and spare parts associated with new Capital Projects in the Plant Maintenance (PM) and Material Management (MM) Modules to include: 

• Format and prepare Master Data for upload into the PM and MM Modules
• Evaluate existing and possible increases in spare parts to support new Capital Project equipment
